History – Surface Financial Group, Inc in Seymour, IN is a health insurance agency that was founded in 1992 by Scott Surface. The Surface family has a long history in the insurance industry. Scott’s grandfather, father, and brother have all made their living by selling insurance and building their own agencies. SFG’s team of top insurance agents and highly trained support staff has grown the agency to service thousands of clients in multiple states.
